If you're organised, detail focused and enjoy making sure things run smoothly behind the scenes, this could be a great opportunity to join EAL’s Product team. As a Product Coordinator, you’ll work across teams and systems to support the set up and ongoing management of EAL data and products, helping to ensure they remain accurate, compliant and fit for purpose.
About the role
As Product Coordinator, you will provide high-quality data support to the Product team and wider business. You’ll support the set up and quality control of EAL products across internal systems and external regulatory platforms, while reviewing and updating processes and procedures.
You’ll play an important role in business-critical system projects involving platforms such as SAP, Smarter Touch and EAL’s Grading Engine. This will include contributing your system knowledge, supporting testing and working with project teams and developers to ensure changes are accurate, compliant and fully functional.
You’ll also maintain product and qualification information, produce regulatory and statistical reports, and respond to customer enquiries in collaboration with the Customer Experience Team. Working across Enginuity, you’ll help ensure EAL products and documentation remain compliant, accessible and fit for purpose throughout their lifecycle.
About you
You’ll be an organised and accurate administrator with experience working in a fast-paced environment. Excellent attention to detail, time management and planning skills will be important, alongside the ability to prioritise multiple pieces of work and solve problems as they arise.
You’ll have excellent written and verbal communication skills and be confident building positive working relationships across the business. You’ll also have experience using Microsoft Office and a bespoke system such as SAP, and be comfortable managing electronic documents, producing accurate reports and working to agreed deadlines and brand guidelines.
Experience within an awarding organisation or vocational education sector, including experience of qualification regulator data and operational systems, would be beneficial.
