Tell us a little about yourself, your experience and what attracted you to the role by submitting your CV. Please take some time to read the requirements outlined in the advert and ensure your application is tailored to the skills and experience we’re looking for.

3. We'll Review Your Application

Our team will carefully assess your application against the requirements of the role. We'll let you know the outcome as soon as possible and, if you're shortlisted, explain what comes next.

4. Get to Know Us

If shortlisted, you'll be invited to an informal 30-minute conversation with the hiring manager. It's a chance for us to learn more about you and for you to learn more about the role.

During the interview, we’re looking to understand your own ideas, thoughts and experiences - so we kindly ask that you avoid using AI tools or automated scripts for your answers. This helps us get to know you and how you think and keeps the process fair for everyone we meet.

If successful, you'll move on to a final stage, which usually includes an interview with two managers, a presentation or practical task and a psychometric assessment. Don't worry, we'll explain everything in advance so there are no surprises.

5. Offer and Pre-Employment Checks

If you're our successful candidate, we'll be in touch to talk through your offer, any required checks and agree a start date that works for everyone.

6. Welcome Aboard!

Before your first day, we'll help you get ready for life with us. From a warm welcome to a comprehensive induction, we'll make sure you have everything you need to settle in and succeed.

How long does the recruitment process usually take?

We know waiting can be the hardest part! We'll aim to update you within a week of the advert closing. If you're shortlisted, we'll usually arrange your first conversation with us shortly afterwards and aim to complete the full interview process within a couple of weeks. We try to move as quickly as possible and will keep you informed every step of the way.

Can I apply for more than one role at the same time?

Absolutely. If you see more than one role that matches your skills, experience and interests, we'd love to hear from you. Each application will be considered on its own merits, so don't be afraid to put yourself forward for multiple opportunities.

Will I be told if I'm not shortlisted for interview?

Yes. Nobody likes being left wondering, so we'll let all applicants know the outcome of their application, whether they're shortlisted or not.

Do you offer home working?

Yes. We're a fully remote organisation and our colleagues are based across England, Scotland and Wales.

Some roles involve occasional or more regular travel for meetings, events or workshops. As a minimum, all colleagues are expected to attend a quarterly face to face meeting and an annual company conference. Travel and accommodation expenses are covered by us. Before applying, take a look at the travel requirements listed in the advert so you know exactly what's involved.

What pre-employment checks do you carry out?

The checks we carry out depend on the role, but they will usually include references, right to work checks and qualification verification. Some roles require an Enhanced DBS check. If you're successful, we'll explain exactly what checks apply to your role and guide you through the process.

Can I send you my references when I apply?

We'll only request references if you reach offer stage. This helps protect your privacy and avoids us contacting referees unnecessarily.

Do you offer sponsorship for overseas candidates?

We're not currently able to offer visa sponsorship, so applicants must already have the right to work in the UK.
